SAB Drain 601 combines the flexibility and durability of a Polypropylene drainage channel unit whilst still being able to satisfy the strength requirements for situations that require accessibility for passenger and light commercial vehicles. This rated channel and grate has been designed to offer maximum versatility while delivering a lifetime of low maintenance service. Each galvanised grate comes with a 2 point security fixing, to keep it rattle free from vehicular movements and secure it from unauthorised access. “Heel Guard” type grate.

Each grate is equipped with an ‘8 point’ security fixing system, to keep it rattle free from vehicular movements and secure it from unauthorised access.

SAB Drain 900 Elite Range has been developed for the high end architectural market incorporating a 304 Stainless Steel Wedge wire “Heel Guard” type Grate design that is both stylish and appealing while still being able to meet the requirements of the industry. This rated polypropylene channel offers the maximum versatility while delivering a lifetime of low maintenance. Options include Plain Wire Grating, Anti-Slip buttons giving the grate a slip resistance surface and 2 point security lock downs for Anti- theft piece of mind. SAB900 is also available in 316 Stainless Steel.

Ultra Drains

The Ultra Drain UD100 Alloy grating is extruded in 6063A Aluminum alloy to provide a high tensile top with very consistent extruding qualities. This is then marine anodized to give a very highly corrosive resistant product. Where additional grip is required for safety reasons you can get the Sure Grip grating which gives a textured finish instead of the smooth anodized finish. These drains can either be locked into place between pavers or concreted into place, dependent upon which application the Ultra Drain is being used.

The Ultra Drain UD60 range of products is made from high quality PVC resin mixed with UV stabilisers and CPVC to ensure a high quality robust drain suitable for many applications. The shape of the drain base with the space age core fluted walls provides good strength and enables the Ultra Drain to be suitable for light vehicular traffic up to 700 Kg. per inflated wheel at a maximum speed of 25km/hr.

The Ultra Drain UD40 top quality drain has the same standard features as the UD100 and 60 but has the additional advantage of being only 40mm deep. This makes the UD40 ideal where shallow screeds are required to ensure the concrete integrity is not compromised. The UD40 comes with a 40mm spigot that is completely flexible as to where it is to be fitted and for larger water flows a 65mm bottom outlet are also available.
